Refund policy

All products are custom decorated to order and cannot be restocked or resold. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving it.

We'll make it right if the garments don't match your order confirmation, contain manufacturer defects, or the decoration doesn't match your approved art proof. Items must be unworn to qualify for a return. Once approved, a replacement order will be rushed into production and a prepaid return label will be provided.
