SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Production Time All Brim Town products are custom decorated to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Production times may vary based on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS and other major carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Brim Town is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Sales@brimtown.net and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Brim Town is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
